CareConnects.net is a platform that connects patients in Delhi & NCR with doctors willing to provide limited free consultations. We are not an NGO, employer, or medical service provider. The platform performs only basic, first-level checks of doctors. Patients must verify credentials and take responsibility for their interactions. The service is completely free.

  1. Definitions

  1. Platform: CareConnects.net website, app, and related services.
  2. We/Us/Our: CareConnects.net, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees.
  3. User(s): Patients or other individuals using the platform to seek medical assistance.
  4. Doctor(s)/Expert(s): Registered or qualified medical practitioners offering free consultations on the platform.
  5. Interaction(s): Any consultation, communication, or meeting between a User and a Doctor.

  1. Nature of the Service

2.1 CareConnects.net is a connection platform only. We do not provide medical services, supervision, or employment.
2.2 Doctors on the platform have been subject to first-level verification only (e.g., email or phone confirmation). We do not independently verify licenses, credentials, qualifications, or competence.
2.3 All interactions are at the User’s own risk. We do not guarantee outcomes or results of consultations.
2.4 The platform is completely free. Neither Users nor Doctors are charged for access.

  1. Eligibility & Accounts

3.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3.2 Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. Prohibited Use

4.1 Users may not use the platform for:

  • Illegal or harmful purposes
  • Fraud, scams, harassment, defamation, or privacy invasion
  • Emergency, time-critical, or life-threatening medical services
  • Sharing confidential information without consent

4.2 We may remove content or suspend accounts if Terms are violated.

Users

  • Perform their own due diligence on doctors (credentials, qualifications, competence).
  • Verify licenses or certifications before engaging in consultations.
  • Understand that we do not provide medical advice or guarantee outcomes.

Doctors

  • Provide accurate, truthful information in their profiles.
  • Offer free consultations voluntarily for limited hours per week.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations.
  • Are solely responsible for advice, conduct, and patient outcomes.

6.1 All information provided on the platform is informational.
6.2 Patients should consult properly licensed medical professionals for regulated medical advice.

  1. Fees & Payments

7.1 CareConnects.net does not charge for any services.
7.2 Any payments or donations outside the platform are not processed or guaranteed by us.

  1. Communications & Off-Platform Activity

8.1 Interactions may occur off-platform (e.g., phone, WhatsApp).
8.2 We are not responsible for off-platform interactions.
8.3 Users should maintain safety and confidentiality.

  1. Reviews & Moderation

9.1 Users may leave reviews. These are opinions only.
9.2 We may moderate or remove content but are not obligated to do so.

  1. Content & Intellectual Property

10.1 Users retain ownership of content submitted.
10.2 By using the platform, users grant us a non-exclusive license to display or distribute content for platform purposes.

  1. Confidentiality & Sensitive Data

11.1 We are not a party to doctor-patient confidentiality.
11.2 Users must ensure confidentiality agreements if needed.
11.3 Sensitive data should only be shared if trust is established.

  1. Availability & Changes

12.1 The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation without notice.
12.2 Beta features may be experimental and used at own risk.

13.1 Platform may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

  1. Warranty Disclaimer

14.1 The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15.1 We disclaim all liability for medical outcomes, injuries, or financial loss arising from use of the platform.
15.2 Aggregate liability shall not exceed Rs 1000 or minimum permitted by law.
